      The CEO is engaging and respectful. There's work life balance.

      Minpunten

      Management is terrible and treats employees with disrespect, especially those that are entry level and just starting out their careers. It's a terrible team culture and I had anxiety going into work every single day. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also pay their employees such non competitive salaries compared to today's job market. Steer clear. A lot of expectations from you, not a lot back as a reward. A lot of office gossip.

      I'm deeply disappointed to read this review of my company. Obviously, this happened a long time ago and I only hope we have resolved the issues you describe with the recent leadership changes that have taken place. Most notably, we've engaged an awesome top leadership team and replaced some of the prior "managers" you referred to.
