We take feedback around management approach, transparency, and environment very seriously. Sales roles can be fast paced and high pressure, and creating a culture that feels genuine, supportive, and fair is something we continually strive for.
You’ve mentioned turnover, which is something we’re open about as a business. As a sales led organisation with a relatively early career demographic, we do expect a degree of natural movement, particularly in roles that suit people for a certain stage of their career. Our focus has always been on providing strong training, development, and progression during someone’s time with us - whether that leads to progression internally or prepares them for their next step with greater skills and experience than when they joined. We’re also proud that many of our sales executives and leaders have been with us for over 10 years, and our overall attrition has been trending in the right direction year on year.
