Regarding working hours, you’re right that on occasion people may finish slightly later—particularly when they are supporting a customer or wrapping up an important conversation. However, the majority of our team do finish on time, and we have worked hard to review our standard hours and provide flexible patterns where possible to support a healthy work–life balance.
