The work culture is toxic, and the management style is heavily micromanaged. Despite going through an excessive interview process (4+ stages), the role did not match expectations. Ideas and past experience are not valued. Instead, you're expected to follow rigid directions without question.
Employee well-being seems to be a low priority, and morale is poor across the board. It’s hard to believe the company was featured on a "Best Places to Work" list. It certainly feels more like a paid placement than an earned one. The high volume of job postings that remain open for months speaks volumes about the high turnover and lack of employee retention.
Working here had a significant negative impact on my confidence and well-being. I left feeling like a different person, and not in a good way. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. It's refreshing to be now working for a company where I really do feel valued and although it's taken time to regain my confidence back, the best decision I did was leave.
