Very flexible, non-hierarchical, plenty of opportunities to apply yourself, varied projects. Management is very supportive and listens to employee feedback. Great opportunity to distinguish yourself and learn. Very inclusive environment. Great office locations.

Minpunten

Since the firm is small, you may not always get along with everyone and will still end up working with them. You just need to learn to manage the relationship better.

Minpunten

Pay is below standard (Although I feel you still get paid decently for the area) If you're put on a production project, be ready to feel stuck. Management is very lost on where they want to head into the future. I am worried this company won't last much longer (Former arthur anderson) Can feel clique-y at times amongst peers (but this is not a problem of the company specifically)

- Work with good people - Able to leave work at the workplace (i.e. no one calling/emailing you to complete a project at 9pm)

Minpunten

- constant change in project goals - somewhat unrealistic expectations - support is so-so - work is very boring and repetitive - pay isn't great
