The majority of your direct team or colleagues are a great bunch to work with. Pension scheme, PMI (for what it's worth), but you pay £500 per year towards it, SAYE but the return on your investment a few years ago was a lot better then than what it is now.
Minpunten
Their technology leaves a lot to be desired. Currently no clear direction on their plans for the future i.e. next year or the years to follow, so with the current rate of decline on customer numbers it leaves people wondering if the current changes are merely a cost effective way to downsize and wind up the business as we know it. Those that ask too many questions won't get to hang around too long.
