It is almost going to be a year working with this company here. Experts say in a company either you earn or learn. If you get both, then you are lucky. In this company, I have been learning a lot. And the best part is that earning is also good. No micro-management. You will always be getting credits and commendations for your good job. You will be provided with necessary guidance and training if you are not performing well. Your personal problem is given more weightage here. It is well understood here that if you are not tension free, then it would hamper your performance here. Seniors and Managers are very good. I really feel, it was my best decision to choose this company over other highly reputed and big ones.
