You will receive leads depending on your production numbers. Leads lets you do less prospecting.

Minpunten

Recent transition to LPL has been underwhelming. Management actually tells you they want you to give them a good review score, which impacts their compensation. Poor communication and response from management. Prudential use to pay for most things, now with LPL, everything is al a cart and is expensive.

Pluspunten

The culture and the way Pru treats it's employees is wonderful. They vet their hires thorougly, so you rarely find anyone that is not terrific in their role. Their benefits are also great.

Minpunten

Current AI adaptation has sent the tech side of the organization into a bit of a spin, as it has in almost all organizations. Due to that, some reorganization have been occurring, and many very talented leaders have been laid off. But the focus remains on the customer always, and no doubt these changes will level off soon.

Advancement and opportunities can at times feel driven more by relationships and favoritism than by performance and merit. Collaboration across teams is inconsistent, and silos can make it challenging to work effectively toward shared goals.
