They also don't put everyone on phones even though they say being on phones is an essential part of the job. They pick and choose their favorites to do casework and put everyone else on phones daily. Managers are useless and just sit in meetings all day and don't offer help, training, or guidance. Managers also provide snobby remarks when asking for clarification or help and answer back as if you are the dumbest person in the room and act as if you should already know the answer.
