Everyone is overworked and underappreciated. Sexism runs rampant. Communication between mangers, departments, and floor operators is non-existent. FAVORITISM EVERYWHERE! Certain people are treated differently because they are "in" with the right people in management. No one is treated equally. The machinery on the floor is old and falling apart.
