The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Minpunten

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.

Non-transparent bonus scheme - Some get it, others don't. Poor management structure and a severe lack of progression opportunities. Rumour has it that all you get for 10 years' service is a pin.
