Fast paced company with new promotional openings constantly. Management make themselves known and spend time in the office, even the CEO. Incentives running constantly. Great vibe and culture.

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
