Terrible company to work for, keep well away! Notorious in the industry for bullying and harrassment. No support and constantly being given unrealistic targets just to have a reason to punish you. They'll tell you one thing and then change their minds, criticising you for doing what they said the first time. When I was there at least 1 AGM or GM in a region was leaving each month, and senior management spoke openly about how their plans worked to get rid of them. No work life balance, not worth the money. Don't be fooled by the salary either; the higher ends specified are the bonuses that they'll make sure you don't get. Senior managers put so much pressure on you to bully the PT team into doing half your job for you people either submit and lose half their (unpaid) staff or refuse and get pushed out.
