The PT side of things is great but working for puregym themselves is a bore. Ridiculously high rent meaning staff always change, constant cleaning duties so can't progress your own buisness and the overheads mean you don't profit unless you can pick up at least 3 clients in the first month.

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Minpunten

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
