None- Nothing good about this organisation

Will terminate you without giving the prior notice and will not pay you for the days/month you worked (full and final settlement) after they terminate you. Still didn't pay me. The CEO is very impressive with her interview skills and will impress you to join the company. Slowly she behaves disrespectful with you and will terminate you. Most of my colleagues, ex-employees of the company have only worked for few months in the company- either terminated or left as they are not happy with her management style and they won't pay your bonus pay as promised in the offer letter upon closing a role/position.
