Good product and good install techs. Environmentally friendly option vs bottles. Local branch leadership

Lots of turnover in key leadership roles at corporate office in last year..service dept, marketing, IT, finance, HR and customer service negatively impacting the field. Lack of sales training. A small company trying to be too big....approx 35 sales reps nationally and trying to run like it’s a fortune 500 salesforce. Micro managed and data driven.
