- good office location in norwich city centre - hybrid work, 2-3 home to office - good equipment

Minpunten

- low morale, weird culture, bad atmosphere - directionless company with no structure - no progression, or pay rises, false promises of promotion - many middle managers, not many doers - innapropriate behaviour from senior staff - rude and unprofessional HR - bad communication, gossip culture - boring work - no parking

Honest, regular work, extremely nice and understanding supervisors and managers

Minpunten

Work can be erratic but they always send something along whenever they can. There are a lot of projects you can work on so if you choose to or are a good fit then work can be more regular. They are always upfront about work and pay.
