Overworked. Underappreciated. Clueless leadership. Two rounds of redundancies in two years. Clearly haven't a F**king clue. L&C rejects are running it. Borderline mental breakdown. Dog sh*t appointments with time wasters and disinterested people make up the majority of your week and they ask why you haven't put any business on... Because you continually fill my diary with leads from people who have only ever picked up the phone to enquire about a property and have been bullied by the appointments team to speak with an advisor. I smell a third round of redundancies on the horrizion. Hopefully complete disintegration.
