Very lively and collaborative team that embraces all that agency life has to offer. Caring and experienced supervisors who truly want the best for employees. Nice, relaxed environment.

Minpunten

I would have liked more structured learning opportunities and guidance through my hands-on work to get the absolute most out of my already good experience.

Pluspunten

During my time at Pyper Inc, I learned about the workflow of a graphic design/marketing agency and how to work with a wide range of brands/clients. I not only learned how to work with a creative team but to collaborate with different departments, view graphic design through marketing lenses, and how prioritize my work.

Minpunten

The only con was the far drive! even though I love the in-person internship driving across the bridge in the morning was my only complaint.

- the team is very friendly and fun to work with! - regular perks, including dine-out lunches and other activities - great variety of projects, including both internal branding and client projects

Minpunten

- the owner began overstepping my availability and hourly commitment as a freelancer - lack of communication from the team led to missed due dates on important project updates; this incurred misplaced blame and internal conflict
