The only thing that seems to be good , and by the way is what keeps most of the crew in the company even being unhappy with their work, are the salaries. They pay in USD which is a high value for Brazilian employees.

I worked in the company for more than a year and a half, and I can testify for myself and my colleagues too that everything they told me when I joined has proven to be fake over time. They make big promises, but they don't deliver them. I'll list some of them. - The career plan is completely fake, you don't get the promotions or the ranges the present over time and It's completely untransparent. They say you were not promoted but don't explain why or what needs to be done. - The company owners never work. They are never there, they don't do their jobs when you need something from them, and many times they ask for tasks for the team in a completely chaotic way with very poor communication, causing confusion and friction between people - The mentorship process, which is something they claim to have even on social media, doesn't really exist. My mentor, who was one of the owners never did a single meeting with me or coached me in anything. - When you join they say it's a consultancy and that you will work with interesting projects that will make you grow in your career, but in reality it's like just another regular outsourcing firm. Me and my colleagues were allocated to ordinary legacy projects to do repetitive simple tasks, many times having the feeling that we're hired there to do the job that the client didn't want to handle himself. When we confronted the owner saying that this was stuck in our careers and that this was not what was promised, he told us that he would change the situation with the cliente, but months passed and nothing really changed for anyone. He always finds some way to buy more time and keep you in the same situation. This happened to me and everyone around me on the team. The story that it's a consultancy is a lie. -The owner in charge of sales is completely unprepared for the job, and besides rarely being at work, doesn't bring any results. The company struggles to find clients, and half the team is allocated to a single client. - They have a manifest about diversity and inclusion on the website, but this is another big lie and they don't put any effort into hiring diverse people.
