We're changing healthcare in a way that will save a lot of lives. There's lots of other great things - world class scientists, serial entrepreneur founder, really great teams, great focus as a company, and a well-defined roadmap. But for me the biggest pro is the vision and a belief that we can do it. Since joining I've watched the company gain more focus, and the vision crystallize with time. The roadmap is fleshed out, and we're looking to continue growing to accomplish our vision

Always risky to try to change the world. But the free market often rewards risk.

It is hard to think of any pros.

It is hard to know where to start. This is a company that is promoting a technology that is unproven to improve clinical outcomes. The technology is not covered by any insurance. The culture was completely unsupportive of me as an employee; I found it toxic and arbitrary. I am surprised there have been investors who have been so supportive.
