The Information Technology department is available in real time to remedy any IT issues you're having on the spot. Every provider is assigned a Medical Assistant who processes all of your Prior Authorizations and interacts with the pharmacies so you can devote more time to patient care. Additionally, every provider is partnered with a Customer Support Representative who processes financial aid applications, lab issues, and patient inquiries. Your non clinical teammates are essential is providing a comprehensive patient experience so you can focus on delivering nothing but excellent patient care. QcarePlus ensure you have the resources to do your job stress free. Clinical Support is offered through various channels in our online communication platform. At any given moment on any given day, you can access your Clinical Leads, Medical Director, or peers in the clinical huddle chat and get real time answers to any burning patient care issues. Despite that fact that we all work remote, I feel always feel supported by a team of providers who are there to assist in seconds. Pay is competitive, especially considering you get to work from anywhere in the country you happen to be. The company promotes education and learning too. They'll reimburse providers to get specialty certifications in the field.

I have had a very disappointing experience working at this company. One of the most significant issues is the lack of diversity in the workplace, which is not only discouraging but also creates an environment where favoritism runs rampant. As a part-time employee, I was expected to do the same work as full-time employees, including obtaining certifications and meeting performance standards. However, despite putting in the same level of effort, I was not compensated accordingly, nor did I receive any of the benefits offered to full-time employees. There were frequent promises of raises and advancements that were never followed through. It felt like they were just saying what they thought you wanted to hear, without any intention of delivering on their commitments. The most frustrating part was the blatant favoritism. Employees who were favored by management were often given the title of "reduced full-time," allowing them to receive benefits while working fewer or the same number of hours as part-time employees. This created an unfair environment where hard work and dedication were not rewarded appropriately, and employees were left feeling undervalued. Additionally, the lack of transparency and communication was a constant issue. When you raised concerns or asked for clarification about your status, it was often met with avoidance or vague responses, which only added to the frustration. I would strongly caution anyone considering a position at this company, especially if you're applying for a part-time role. You will not receive the benefits or recognition you deserve, and the favoritism within the company makes it difficult for hard work to be fairly acknowledged.
