Minpunten
I have had a very disappointing experience working at this company. One of the most significant issues is the lack of diversity in the workplace, which is not only discouraging but also creates an environment where favoritism runs rampant.
As a part-time employee, I was expected to do the same work as full-time employees, including obtaining certifications and meeting performance standards. However, despite putting in the same level of effort, I was not compensated accordingly, nor did I receive any of the benefits offered to full-time employees. There were frequent promises of raises and advancements that were never followed through. It felt like they were just saying what they thought you wanted to hear, without any intention of delivering on their commitments.
The most frustrating part was the blatant favoritism. Employees who were favored by management were often given the title of "reduced full-time," allowing them to receive benefits while working fewer or the same number of hours as part-time employees. This created an unfair environment where hard work and dedication were not rewarded appropriately, and employees were left feeling undervalued.
Additionally, the lack of transparency and communication was a constant issue. When you raised concerns or asked for clarification about your status, it was often met with avoidance or vague responses, which only added to the frustration.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a position at this company, especially if you're applying for a part-time role. You will not receive the benefits or recognition you deserve, and the favoritism within the company makes it difficult for hard work to be fairly acknowledged.
