8yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for having dedicated more than three years to us. With respect to your comments, I’d like to explain a little more about our approach to compensation.
We are committed to total transparency – so we’re doing everything in our power to help the team understand how the model works and how to grow within it. We’ve offered regular updates, hosted company town halls, created educational resources, and always available for questions.
One important reason for adopting this structure is that it affords greater clarity and predictability around compensation. I encourage any employee who is not feeling like this is true for them to please reach out to me directly so we can discuss the situation in more detail. The sooner questions are addressed, the sooner we can ensure everyone is on a path to success.
In response to your comment about limited career growth, I’m sorry but we don’t see it that way. We recently added significantly more opportunities thanks to our growing number of partners. We are virtually unrivaled in this regard by others in the industry and what hospitals are typically able to offer. With this growth, we created more than 50 new clinical roles beyond the Senior Quality Information Specialist and Quality Information Specialist roles in the last tow years. They are:
- 32 new team leader roles
- 3 new quality roles
- 4 new account manager roles
- 4 new strategic growth manager roles
- 12 new clinical specialist roles
- 3 new director roles
And our recruitment for these positions always begins within.
