Working here made me appreciate every other job I've had. You can bond with your co-workers over the poor work culture.
Minpunten
- Every employee works a minimum of 10 hours a day with no lunch break. Work/life balance is nonexistent. - Even when taking PTO (which is two weeks, including any sick days) you will be called and asked to complete work. - I've never experienced such a micro-managing culture before. During COVID, we had to stay on Zoom for all 10 hours of the work day so our manager could watch and make sure we were working. When in the office, there are cameras everywhere. - Every employee signs a contract that they'll work there for a minimum of 2 years with repercussions if they try to leave before then. Otherwise the turnover rate would be abysmal. - They ask every employee to write a Glassdoor review when leaving so they know who wrote what. This is why there are so many misleading positive reviews. I waited to write this review after having been gone for awhile because of fear of retaliation if they knew who I was. - Diversity is non existent with no efforts to change.
