They are an in house trainer but it would have been cheaper to use an external provider. Refuse to break down training costs when asked Management ignore emails Don't believe you're getting a salary increase after a year, that's a lie. Find out that your contract is up and they want you to leave QA and move to the client from the client themselves. QA are happy for you to move to the client and then you don't have to pay back training but not for you to leave, interesting loophole isn't it. Stay away from this firm, many other consultancies do not charge graduates for training. I can't wait to see them take me to court and all the horror stories of contacts over the last few years will come out.
