We have been working to build more training for our managers and now offer various opportunities such as hybrid working, performance management, recruitment training and soon to be inclusive management training so our managers can enhance their skills further. We also now have a continuous performance management system that allows our employees and their managers to set objectives and receive feedback throughout the year to aid development as well as celebrating our achievements as individuals and as a company. As well as this we offer career workshops and frameworks to give our employees access to knowledge and skills required for existing roles to promote internal movement and progression.
