People are generally great, but too many people leaving. Work is not getting done.
Minpunten
Too many secret layoffs, entire businesses being shut down, with corporate speak as to the reasons. Corporate emails are gibberish. Too many mixed messages on priorities. People scared to voice their opinion if they disagree with management. No follow through on what we’re told are company priorities. Initiatives re. D&I, women, flextime would be great if they existed for everyone.
