We're sorry you had a difficult experience at QE in your time here. It sounds like you were here during a time of extended growth, and in those moments we all tend to pitch in and make an impact, and as our company grows, tenured employees tend to shoulder new work outside of their 'job description' - that's true in any company! And sometimes managerial relationships are really hard to navigate, so we encourage you to do some training in how to deliver upward feedback, voice your concerns, and also be transparent with your own leadership going forward. We're doing a lot to help upskill our managers (who are mostly organically promoted from within, by the way!) to take on leadership and build their managerial presence.
