I suppose we all have seen those cartoon movies/series. The funny thing in cartoon chapters is, there are multiple characters who all play some unique role which in real life is never needed. Obviously, it's acceptable for a cartoon movie, but what are your thoughts for an organization? This company is more or like a cartoon movie where everyone tries to unique that they do jobs which shouldn’t be done in the first place. Sounds interesting? - Big boss, he gets an idea in his mind from nowhere and wants it done like people had a sixth sense or something so they already developed what he dreamt last night. - Managers, I am really worried about what kind of jobs they do. These guys are not focused to improve the product, rather they don’t care about the product. Moto of managers is to find unique ways to make the big boss happy. So they are innovative to find out ways to accomplish their goals. - team leads, they don’t know why their position exists in the first place. Title of position is different but they do some other work obviously again to praise their managers - and then comes developers and testers, poor guys first of they are the first one who can get fired for no reason. They could also be fired if the manager has fought with his wife in the morning. Yeah, this reason is enough to fire someone here. - Smart people start to work at 6 pm, while dumb people finish their work before 6 pm. - You will always be pushed and dominated by your manager to work after 6 pm - You cannot talk loud to be noticed, might get you fired - You can’t be in the group either even if you have friends. - Racism is quite normal starting from management itself so no place to the complaint - If you have any issues trying to resolve it with HR might get you fired as those people actually pay your salary from their pockets. So they are trained to maintain such an attitude. - This entire office stinks, people fart loud here, they snore. Gradually you will find a lot of insects on your desk. - There is no pantry, don’t expect such foolish thing from them. - Policies are defined for the betterment of the organization, the employee is not taken into consideration.
