The work life balance is second to none here. Tons of flexibility and the compensation is great.

Not many cons at all, but if I had to choose something it would be that some things can move very slowly.

Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

Minpunten

Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
