Decent benefits, nice discount. Can work from home, if you're manager doesn't discriminate against you (yes, that does happen!)

Minpunten

Promotes based on seniority and politics. If you are lazy and have no career ambition, but you are a yes person who will never leave, you will get a promotion. Was berated by inferior junior management who talked the talk, but frequently couldn't understand a) how to manage or b) how to really be financially successful. Management s filled with cliques and mean girls! You'll never ave a life if your own.
