1. Poor management, very bureaucratic. 2. No software development skill required to work in company , mostly support is required and bug fixes. 3. Salary is trap. If you promised x amount actual pay will around .6x. 4. International offsite is also part of salary, worst thing about offsite , it is only for 4 days. You can not do anything in four days with 18 hours journey . Most of other HFT are flexible in term of extending trip days but this company is strict , they might ask you to pay trip cost. 5. Nightmare will start when you leave the company , they will not give experience letter for at least one year. 6. Some times I feel pity on IITian who join here and do only bug fixes and support work. I highly recommend to join them work in tech compony specially in start ups and learn about how actually product is build. First few year you may get paid less but future will be very bright. You guys are future of India. In HFT you will never get to know how billion dollar product is build. You will never understand how actually code is written. 7. One more thing before joining any HFT never ask feedback from HFT people to make decision , always ask feedback from those people who have worked in both domain tech and HFT.
