To succeed at Quadrant, you have to be related, a family friend, or flirt with their son. You will not make it if you are not or do not one of the above. Very toxic work environment and they will keep having high turnover until something changes. Same rules do not apply to everyone. You can outperform another employee, but if they have the connection, you will get nowhere.
