I've been with the bank for just under a year, and it’s one of the best work environments I’ve experienced. The culture is genuinely collaborative, people work together as a team, and there are no egos. Everyone is invested in the success of the bank and employees. Leadership sets the tone with open-door policies and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. The policies and mindset of management are progressive and willing to learn and grow. The bank is truly invested in its employees. Compensation is competitive, and there are strong opportunities for training and development. Not only is this a great company that has offered me a chance to have more time back with my family, but the employee first culture makes me certain that I will have a long career here. I love the people I work with, and truly feel supported by not only them, but upper management as well. I have had the opportunity for career advancement, and I see the direct correlation between the work that I put in, and the opportunities presented to me. I have also been pleased with the benefits, as well as the communication and comradery between the various departments. I was also offered a very fair salary for the industry.
