Most of the senior folks are incompetent and not good technically - thus make poor decisions and plans -- all are from CSR times having spend >10yrs. They just dump loads of work on junior engineers. No vision and roadmap whatsoever. No Project management/Scrum followed which makes the project execution highly inefficient. Almost Nil chances of growth. Favoritism plays a crucial role. Nil Work life balance. Only join if you are willing to work 24x7 ("weekends and holidays included") Team Leads/Managers don't encourage participation in tech trainings/sessions organized by the company. Not open for suggestions/feedback.
