The Johnstown site is in very bad shape. The company as a whole was great to work for. The pay is blow average and the benefits are not competitive with what other companies offer.

Pay was good. Training was comprehensive and the trainers were amazing

Call center job so you will be swarmed with calls. Weird shifts. Management is annoying about time management. Being late 1-2 minutes gives you points and with enough points you get fired. Pay is around 20-21 Would only do this to gain experience or if I am on my last choice Weird hours
