The only good thing is that it is nice office that too because it is Google office.
Minpunten
Extremely controlling management. They ask you to put hours for every task you do. They track you down if you leave your chair for more than 10 minutes. The Site Lead is extremely incompetent and only promotes those who says "yes sir". All the talent has left or resigned because of him. He does not like people who question them. Qualitest Portugal is infact firing such people. People who were not in "good list" of Site Lead was either fired, do not get raise or their annual grade was downgraded. Extremely toxic culture. All TLs are so incompetent because they are afraid of him. There is zero transparency. Things are shared with you only after they have happened. No inclusion in decision making. There is very strict hierarchy. They arrange separate events for TLs in which SLS are not invited. Basically its a "yes sir" culture. Wide range of salaries. People who do buttering gets good raise and those who silently do hardwork do not. There is a huge discrepancy in salaries. Zero grown. Even after 5 years, you will still be SLS.
