The company's products and services are very solid, the founding leadership, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Every small decision rolls through the founding leader, slowing down progress on simple and critical projects to a crawl. This, however, would not be a deal breaker on its own, but the founder can regularly be seen engaging in water cooler discussions passing derogatory comments on employees and spreading rumours about female employees. People development as an ideology here is just lip service. The pitch you will experience in an interview with the founder, and the ground reality, have so little in common it is shocking and not just surprising. His skill at painting a rosy picture, selling it with charisma, even playing a victim where required would be the envy of any psychopath. The toxic atmosphere at the company can be solely attributed to one source, the top leadership. If you're looking to buy their product, I recommend it whole-heartedly. If you're looking to hire someone from this company go for it, they are probably excellent people to hire and should want to move. If however, you are considering working here or partnering with the company in some way, I would recommend you wipe the thought from your mind. If you have already applied or are waiting for an interview and have come across this as part of your research, I recommend you block their number, deactivate your email, possibly throw away your phone and buy a new identity but don't get pulled into this company.
