      Minpunten

      Many lies right from the hiring process. Promising thinks that they did not want to deliver No BAs, no clear requirements, jira tickets have only titles, no agile methodologies. No QA, NO CD/CI, no release management process. Code is in bad shape since nobody cares about it. No code reviews, no unit tests. No concrete dev teams, just pairs of devs that work for a project. Many times you can be transferred from one project to another Monolithic applications tight together with bad designed databases since everything is DB first Toxic management Projects are essentially POCs since nothing that is delivered is destined for the real world but the greek public sector

      Pluspunten

      - Puff Pastries everyday at the office. - Good enviroment between developers. - Most project managers are easy to talk to. - No micromanagement ( if you don't work with certain people ). - You have a lot of work but most of the time is easy.

      Minpunten

      - Messy interview proccess. - They want you to track everything on Jira which is very time consuming. - HR runs behind you for everything, forcing you to take sick days even if you can WFH, you can feel that they don't trust employees that much and ask for proof of everything. - Severely understaffed, tight deadlines, everyone works overtime about 60-70% of the year. - Projects start out of thin air, there's no question if anyone has time to dedicate, you have to finish the project no matter what.

      Very good working environment. Interesting technologies if you exclude ADF. Your work will always be recognized. Compensation is fair

      Minpunten

      Severely understaffed. Jira time tracking seems a bit too much. Lack of proper testing and ci/cd.
