Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand that some of the changes we’ve been making to improve resourcing and workload balance take time to fully show their impact.
Our focus remains on creating an environment where smart, driven people can thrive, supported by better planning and fair recognition. We’re grateful you highlighted both the strengths and challenges; feedback like this helps us stay on course as we continue to evolve. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Pluspunten
There are a lot of emotive reviews on here, and while I can understand why people feel how they do, I think it is unfair to lump all problems onto the management/leadership team. I, for one, had a good manager/department lead who did their best to support in what was a difficult working environment for all involved.
There are some people in the company who truly care about others and want to do good work, sadly most of these have felt no choice other than to now leave.
I worked on some interesting projects where I was given a good level of ownership to develop my skills and ultimately move on to somewhere better suited.
Minpunten
It is amazing how much a company can change in such a short period of time.
When I joined QS there was a buzz about the company and some exciting and interesting projects. In the past year almost all people with significant skills or experience have left meaning a chaotic and unsupportive work environment.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and balanced review. We genuinely appreciate your recognition of the managers and colleagues who worked hard to support their teams during what was clearly a period of change for the business.
It’s encouraging to hear that you found opportunities to grow your skills and take ownership of meaningful projects while you were with us.
We understand your concerns about the company’s direction and the challenges that came with rapid transition. Over the past year, we’ve been taking deliberate steps to strengthen leadership stability, improve communication, and build clearer alignment around our long-term goals. Your feedback reinforces the importance of staying consistent and transparent with our purpose and culture as we evolve.
We’re grateful for your contributions and wish you every success in your next chapter.
Quantspark has one overwhelming advantage, and that is, as noted by other reviews, its people. During my whole tenure the hiring was nothing short of exceptional and you will be working with a very talented and motivated bunch (keeping hold of them seems to present more of a challenge, but more on that later). The colleagues were a big part of what made working here so fun.
If you want to get a lot of experience quickly, this is absolutely the place. You will work on a wide array of projects with a high degree of autonomy. This is an excellent way to learn. You will be encouraged to try new technology and experiment with new things, especially those with an AI flavour. These are material benefits that you would be hard pressed to get elsewhere. You will need to be comfortable with going outside the typical boundaries of your role and as such you will experience a very wide variety of project and sector. This advantage cannot be overstated and is critical to the value proposition of working at QuantSpark.
Minpunten
For me, the biggest drawback was remuneration. If you are early in your career or transitioning into a new role the wages are fair, however once you attain more seniority a clear gulf emerges between QuantSpark and the wider market.
Projects are often accepted with 'ambitious' timelines. This leads to stress and prevents engineers having the breathing room to build truly great products.
The company pivots too frequently. Communication from upper management can occasionally feel impulsive, making it hard to settle into a long term direction.
