Pluspunten
Managers- they are awesome. Quantech has some of the wittiest, intelligent, most sarcastic, & caring manager you could possibly find. They works hard and are very busy but still find time to guide and teach you within the program office. Even the Task Order Manager, who does not work side by side with us in the program office, finds ways to integrate himself through his involvement amongst the database groups, his leadership through the social activities, and holds personal relationships with his employees while still maintaining a professional balance. Coworkers- the Quantech environment blossoms young, fresh graduates into social & diligent beings of society. Participation in social activities is not required, but sought after by many of the employees. As my first “real” job out of college, I have found my place within Quantech amongst peers of different educational and professional backgrounds. Collaboration- Quantech encourages analysts to collaborate within their division as well as outside divisions to promote learning and cooperation across divisions. Growth within company- The managers are super receptive if you would like some change of scenery or want some more experience within a division. I personally have not switched divisions since I’ve started but many people have. I have, however, had the opportunity to take on more responsibilities within my own program office and within the company allowing me to strengthen my experience.
Minpunten
For the area, the starting salary was not the most ideal but Quantech offers many opportunities for raises and promotions when they see you are a hard worker. Not the greatest amount of PTO to start.
