2 Days Free Breakfast 3 Days Lunches. Amazing benefits, ok 401k, nice office, The Company used to be great, Fun, great culture, great people to work around, . But became hostel poor environment really quickly. Environment changing, lots of people leaving. Sad to see such a potential wasting away.

Minpunten

Terrible HR, catty and gossipy. Poor management, CEO is "Action Jack" Barker (non existent) No room for growth. The company will sell you on great work life balance, but that is becoming scarce for all employees. There used to be a sense of balance for some but now only exists for the VP level positions.

Thank you for your feedback. We encourage reviews, as they give us guidance as to how we can do even better. The Human Resources Team is filled with caring people, providing some of the best benefits in Silicon Valley. The company pays 95% of health care costs for all employees and their families. Plus we match 401K contributions up to 4%. In terms of professional growth, 17% of our current employees were promoted within the past year. Additionally, we currently run at a 7% attrition rate, much lower than industry average. As for work-life balance, we have an unlimited PTO policy. Employees are required to ask permission of their manager, giving a minimum of two week's advance notice. I have yet to see a request denied. The fast-paced culture in the office isn't for everyone, but the people here are appreciated and happy.

Typical growing pains but nothing to be concerned about. Leadership team is thoughtful.

It's an interesting time to work in tech with all of the AI advancements that help developers work a lot more quickly. However, the opportunities to use these tools are few and far between at Quantifind because engineering leadership strongly opposes using AI due to privacy concerns. Any mention of using AI internally is met with harsh criticism and heavy skepticism, which is ironic because as a company, we seem to be promoting our product as AI-centric. However, I know several people who are also working in the compliance space (with the same customers!) that have AI-native workflows and make use of other industry leading AI tools to accelerate development. As a result, it's obvious that Quantifind will soon lose its edge as other companies sprint ahead of us because of access to these high leverage development tools. Ultimately, Quantifind is living in the past, and if you are hoping to stay relevant in this AI forward tech climate, then you should strongly consider whether working here is the right career choice, especially given the below-average market pay.
