Pluspunten
Every employee in Quantta is truly dedicated to their assigned work and are really good at what they do. Apart from doing their own work they do make out time to train their interns and they do it really fine. The best thing about Quantta is the work environment. The people in the office are friendly and are truly supportive. "All work and no fun" is not what Quantta believes in and that is what I loved about it the most. Training with them, sharing our lunch and evening snacks or even hanging out with them during our free time made my time in Quantta a truly memorable one, one which I will remember as the stepping stone of my future career.
Minpunten
In my one month of internship in Quantta I could find no such cons against them. I enjoyed and learnt a lot from them as is evident from what I wrote in the Pros section. Being an intern I do not feel myself eligible to point out any cons. However, the few moments of glitches I experienced are, I guess, experienced by any employee or intern in any office in the corporate world and I, personally took them with me as a lesson which, I believe, will help me in future.
