Awful management, uses a divide and concur approach and makes people uncomfortable, very much toxic high school behaviour. No HR. No team meetings. All staff unhappy. Will not invest in updated systems, take advice or change their ways. Enables lazy employees. Hasn't changed processes in 20+ years.
