Management is terrible. They will belittle you, talk down and complain about your work to your colleagues behind your back, but never confront you with their issues. After I left I increased my salary 3 fold, doing the same job. The majority of people working here think they are the smartest people in the room. The receptionist thinks she owns the company and consistently tries to enforce nazi like rules that only apply to her.
