Showing up at the office having not answered some email which came in at 2am the previous night is considered a heinous offense. Engineering and Project Management are positioned at odds with each other. Neither respects the work of the other, so naturally finger pointing is nearly a daily occurrence. There is not even a whiff of any kind of company culture, or values other than just keep your head down and keep working.
