Pluspunten

There are some really great people in the Dublin office. It's a small office and a close-nit team and you're made feel a part of that straight away. Dublin management are lovely; open, honest and encouraging but its a tough gig. There are some big clients and potential to make good cash for a resilient go-getter who has buckets of drive and experience in out-bounding.

Minpunten

Huge amount of instability and change in terms of personnel and direction. CEO is very overbearing and over-present, expect to endure long unnecessary team calls with him frequently. Although extremely driven, it demonstrates a lack of trust in staff and ability to delegate effectively which is tough on company moral. Priorities are shifted, picked up and dropped with such urgency and so frequently that you end up at a loss as to where to actually put your time. On a given day it's anyone's guess which of these the CEO might decide to roast various team members on.
