Surrounded by people with great technical and soft consulting skills. Opportunity to work with so many different businesses and dig deep into each one to learn how they tick. Projects typically last 3-4 months, so you get in, learn, execute, and then get to do it all over. Great teammates and very communicative/social WFH culture.

Can be some down time between projects which affects your bonus - can sometimes just be unlucky and not have a spot on an ongoing project. but, I think the more you make yourself useful, and the longer you've been at the company, the less likely you are to have downtime
