Pluspunten

Fast pace and interesting work. Young team that is committed to succeeding. Contributing to outcomes that are recognisable to both the brand and to the game of rugby. Brand of the 'Reds' looks good on CV. Flat structure and minimal resources = acting at planning and operational/execution levels. Facilities at the office are ok.

Minpunten

Arrogant management that is unprofessional. Nepotism. Professional development is not of focus. Attrition rate is extremely high. Expect to work weekends with no benefits or return. Technology is poor. Communication does not flow easily and key decision makers are very slow to react. Executive always looking to blame, key decision makers do not take accountability. Inexperienced leaders that are very distant. All smoke and mirrors with the current leaders. Financially in trouble!

Pluspunten

Nice location in leafy Kelvin Grove

Minpunten

No interaction between players and office staff. No interaction between Australian players and non-Australian players. Coaches don't follow through on promised opportunities to display talent.
