- Worst work-life balance, do not fall for their false advertisement. - Many teams are understaffed, and as a result are stressed out and unfriendly. Culture is toxic and unhelpful. - Extremely rude, condescending individuals, some of these are in management so be aware. - No on-boarding and training, forced to rely on team members who barely have enough time for their own tasks let alone show new coworkers the ropes. - Identity crisis, asked to produce fast results but weighed down by process and bureaucracy. Yelled at by senior stakeholders if you cannot comply.
